The ServSafe® Seminar is an 6-hour certification program which teaches owners and food handlers how to protect against food borne illness outbreaks, minimize insurance costs, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality. The ServSafe® program is the industry standard for food safety education. More than two million managers nationwide have been certified through the program. In order to become certified, one must pass the exam given at the end of the seminar with a score of 75% or better.
